Aspen PIPE by AspenTech is a hydraulic modeling and simulation application used to design, rate, and troubleshoot piping and pipeline networks. It helps engineers predict pressure drop, temperature change, and flow distribution; size lines and equipment; and evaluate pump or compressor requirements for both compressible and incompressible fluids. Suitable for single- and multiphase service, Aspen PIPE supports heat loss to the environment, elevation changes, fittings and roughness effects, and complex network configurations common in oil and gas, refining, chemicals, and utilities.
